NYC Movers Can Use This Help

If you're moving to or from New York City, you'll want to visit the NYC Movers site for information on moving, packing, storage and moving your car to or from the Big Apple.

New York City movers will want to take advantage of the tips contained on the site, links to moving resources in and around Manhattan and the ability to get free estimates from multiple New York City moving companies and auto shippers.

Having all of this information available in one place is extremely convenient and the site doesn't require any obligation for requesting free moving can car shipping estimates, either.

Moving Tips Are Optional

We all know to tip a waiter who does a good job or a valet, but what about a mover? That’s a question that many find difficult to answer.

I found a great article on moving tips at NYC-Movers.net that helps clear up the confusion. It seems moving tips are a matter of preference, not necessity.

Unlike their hair-cutting or table-waiting service industry counterparts, movers tend to get paid by the job or the hour rather than having to rely on tips for their income. This makes a whole lot of sense due to the extreme labor involved even in a simple move.

The article on moving tips provides some solid insight on when to tip and how much to give, as well. It suggests a few other options beyond cash tips, too.

Moving is hard enough without a bunch of extra considerations. Thanks to great sites like NYC-Movers.net, some of the guesswork goes away, at least when it comes to moving etiquette and moving companies.
